Indonesian bar bender Salaso 39, was cutting steel bars at the base of the Johor Baru Central Municipal Council building construction site on Jalan Scudai when a 1.5metre-long block of wood fell on his head at 11am 4th Feb 2006, killing him.
The wood is believed to have broken off a scaffolding at the annex building of the council complex which is 70% completed.
